“Things change. The only thing constant is change. It’s up to you to be adaptable.”

729 7th Avenue was a conversion of an existing static sign location to 3 spectacular LED screens that work synchronously with one another. In order to accommodate the over 3,700 square feet of new LED’s a new 1200 AMP electrical service had to be brought into the building. Additionally, due to the fact that 729 7th Avenue was built in 1915, the true conditions of the buildings structural columns and supports did not become apparent until cutting into the facade necessitating some engineering revisions.
