Matthew A. Knee

Project Management Specialist

Matt has been involved in the out-of-home business since 2006 when he joined North American Electronic Displays, Inc. (NAED), as their Operations Manager.  He went on to co-found and run Operations for Superior Digital Displays a New York based Digital Media firm with 8 Spectacular LED locations in Times Square and helped to build that business to several thousand screens owned and exclusively represented by Superior Digital Displays. 

Matt has been an instrumental part of many sign development and installation projects since 2016, consulting for several NY, NJ and CT Installation firms as well as a number of independent landlords and equipment manufacturers.  His passion for creativity and finding solutions to problems makes him the perfect fit for the outdoor industry. 

Krystalee Garito

Media Sales & Creative Specialist

Krystalee has been involved in the media and marketing space since graduating college where she majored in digital television and film production.

She founded her own Media and PR agency, Maximum Media in 2010 where she leveraged her media and production expertise to offer clients creative and unique solutions.

Krystalee has worked on many high profile campaigns for both local and global brands that have appeared in Times, Square, Las Vegas, Toronto, Los Angeles, Miami and many other high-impact markets.

Charles Raifman, Esq.

Legal Review Specialist

Charles Raifman is an experienced attorney with 20 plus years of experience working in a wide range of fields.  Driven by his desire to provide the best possible service to his clients, he takes pride in providing that service in every matter he is involved with, large or small.  His practice specializes in contractual review and negotiation and all areas of real estate law. 

Charles’ deep understanding of real estate and real property law is instrumental in providing his clients with not only resolution of any issues that may arise but also the ability to discover problems at the onset of a transaction prior to many of those conditions becoming a problem.  Charles is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bar Associations and admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
