3 Times Square - South elevation. This was part of the overall signage project at 3 Times Square. The upper unit of this installation is actually part of the same sign structure as the western elevation. In addition to utilizing the cantilever sidewalk shed and roof derrick, we had to shore the MTA and buildings vaults beneath the sidewalk to ensure that the footings of the sidewalk shed would not cause a cave in.
